About Us

Ever since the Asian Equestrian Federation was founded in Bangkok Thailand in Dec, 1978, AEF has been striving to promote and develop the equestrian sports throughout the Asian region. Thanks to these on-going efforts, the equestrian sport has become a vital part of Asian Games since 1982 and contributed to the betterment of Asian Games along with other sports in the Games.

Now is the time that AEF expands its scope of activity and look further beyond the Asian Games.   AEF should endeavor to encourage and provide supports to the athletes, officials and others in the region and help them reach their goals of participating in the more advanced competitions and of becoming more skilled ones.
